Admissions Procedure

NVCS seeks to establish partnerships with Christian families who desire to provide an excellent Christ-centered education for their students.  Our admissions procedures therefore include several steps that are designed to help both school and family determine enrollment. These steps include: 

1.    Initial inquiry by the family.

2.    A campus tour / interview with the parent or guardian, and students entering 5th grade and above.

3.    Application – Completion and return of Family Profile form and inclusion of $50 non-refundable application fee.

4.    Completion and return of the Covenant Statement form.

5.    Completion and return of the Pastoral Reference form, submitted directly to NVCS by a pastor or elder.

6.    Enrollment – When approved, office staff will guide the family through the enrollment process.
