CROSS COUNTRY- MY SPORT IS YOUR SPORT'S PUNISHMENT.  This Fall we have 2 strong runners who have volunteered to punish themselves long-distance.  Races range from 2 miles to 5 kilometers.  Courses vary as well- some are flat and fast; some change from dirt to gravel to asphalt; some have killer hills.

We are part of the Mid-Valley League in Divsion 5 of CIF's Northern Section.

Up to date statistics can be accessed at athletic.net.
